Localized lockdowns pinaburan ni Sen. Drilon

Suportado ni Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon ang pagkasa ng localized lockdowns ng mga lokal na gobyerno sa Metro Manila.

Kasabay ito ng kanyang pagpabor sa mga panawagan na luwagan ang quarantine restrictions sa Kalakhang Maynila.

Katuwiran ni Drilon, maliit lang ang nagawa ng tinawag niyang ‘shotgun approach’ para pigilan ang pagkalat pa ng COVID 19 at aniya halos lumpuhin nito ang ekonomiya na nagresulta sa pagkawala ng trabaho at kabuhayan ng maraming Filipino.

“We need a more rational approach and one that will not cause too much damage to our already bleeding economy,” aniya.

Dagdag pa ng senador maraming istratehiya ang mga lokal na gobyerno na mas epektibo at dapat ang mga ito ang suportahan ng mga pambansang gobyerno.
