Mga government personnel ang numero unong lumalabag sa EDSA busway na ipinatutupad ng Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
Ayon kay MMDA spokesman Celine Pialogo, mula nang ipatupad ang EDSA busway noong June 1, pumalo sa 1,200 ang nahuling pasaway at lumalabag dito.
Sa naturang bilang, kalahati sa mga pasaway ay mga empleyado ng pamahalaan.
Aabot aniya sa 30 sasakyan ang nahuhuli kada araw ng MMDA, traffic personnel, Inter-Agency Council for Traffic at Highway Patrol Group.
Ang EDSA busway ay ang innermost lane sa kahabaan ng EDSA na inilaan para lanang sa mga bus.
