Manila gov’t, naglaan ng P10-B para sa dagdag pabahay, medical equipment
Nasa P10 bilyon ang inilaan na pondo ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Maynila para sa dagdag pabahay at dagdag na medical equipment sa Ospital ng Maynila.
Ayon kay Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, ilalaan ang pabahay para sa mga informal settler at walang bahay.
“Iyong mga squatter, mga walang bahay, and yung informal settlers, in line with our continuous effort, this city government will literally confront land ownership and property ownership,” pahayag ni Moreno.
“We want to put an end to it and create more housing, an honest to goodness new era of in-city vertical housing,” dagdag ng mayor.
10 housing project ang target na ipatayo ng lokal na pamahalaan.
“I don’t want to lose time. We’ve lost so much time already for the City of Manila,” pahayag ni Moreno.
Suportado naman ni Land Bank Vice President for Public Sector Esperanza Martinez ang proyekto ng Maynila.
“Very very supportive ang Land Bank, and continuous ang aming support to the city especially under the leadership of Mayor Isko Moreno,” pahayag ni Martinez.
