Sa botong 70 na YES at 11 ang NO, hindi na nabigyan ng bagong prangkisa ang ABS-CBN para muling makapag-operate.

Sa ginawang botohan ng House Committee on Legislative Franchises ibinasura ang panukalang bigyan ng panibagong 25-tan na prangkisa ang network.
