QC 5th Dist. Rep. Alfred Vargas nag-inhibit sa pagboto sa kapalaran ng prangkisa ng ABS-CBN

Nag-inhibit si Quezon City 5th District Rep. Alfred Vargas sa pagboto sa kapalaran ng prangkisa ng ABS-CBN.
Sa kaniyang pahayag sinabi ni Vargas na nakikisimpatya siya sa mga enpleyado ng giant network.
Pero bilang dating aktor na lumalabas sa ABS-CBN nagpasya siyang mag-inhibit sa pagboto para maiwasan ang conflict of interest.
Binanggit ni Vargas ang probisyon sa ilalim ng RA 6713 hinggil sa Code of Conduct para sa mga public officials at ang Rule IX sa House Rules on Committee Voting.
