Idineklarang ng Malakanyang na special non-working holiday sa Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) sa July 15, 2020.

Batay ito sa inilabas na Proclamation No. 977 na pirmado ni Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea.

Ito ay bilang selebrasyon ng ika-33 Founding Anniversary ng CAR sa nasabing petsa.

Nakasaad sa proklamasyon na sa pagdaraos ng mga aktibidad, pinayuhan ang lahat na pairalin pa rin ang social distancing at public health measures.
