Pilar, Sorsogon nakapagtala ng unang dalawang kaso ng COVID-19
Inanunsiyo ng Department of Health Center for Health Development (DOH CHD) – Bicol na nakapagtala ng unang dalawang kaso ng COVID-19 sa Pilar, Sorsogon.
Maliban dito, anim pa ang napaulat kung saan naitala sa mga sumusunod na lugar:
– Naga City, Camarines Sur (1)
– Sipocot, Camarines Sur (1)
– Tinambac, Camarines Sur (1)
– Ligao City, Albay (3)
Ang mga bagong kaso ay may travel history sa labas ng rehiyon.
Sa huling datos, umabot na sa 198 ang kabuuang bilang ng tinamaan ng nakakahawang sakit sa Bicol region.
Sa nasabing bilang, 111 ang aktibong kaso.
“The public especially the Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs), Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) and close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases must strictly follow quarantine and isolation procedures. Everyone must follow all the health protocols such as social distancing, use of facemask especially when outdoors, hand washing, cough etiquette, healthy lifestyle and to stay at home. Cooperation and discipline from the public are crucial at this time of crisis,” paalala ng DOH CHD – Bicol.
