NBI, inatasan ni Guevarra na mag-imbestiga sa pag-ambush sa isang piskal sa Maynila
Ipinag-utos ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang pagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon sa pamamaslang sa isang piskal sa Maynila.
Tinambangan si Senior City Assistant Prosecutor Jovencio Senados, 62-anyos, sa bahagi ng Paco, Martes ng umaga (July 7).
Sa inilabas na department order no. 169, inatasan ng kalihim ang NBI, sa pangunguna ni OIC Eric Distor, na magsagawa ng imbestigasyon at case build-up sa pagpatay kay Senados.
“If evidence warrants, to file the approriate charges against persons involved and found responsible therefor,” nakasaad pa sa kautusan.
Pinagsusumite rin si Distor ng report ukol sa progreso ng imbestigasyon sa Office of the Secretary sa susunod na 10 araw.
