Kaso ng COVID-19 sa Singapore, halos 45,000 na

Halos 200 ang bagong naitalang kaso ng Coronavirus Disease o COVID-19 sa Singapore.

Batay sa anunsiyo, sinabi ng Ministry of Health sa Singapore na nakapagtala ng karagdagang 183 na kaso hanggang 12:00, Lunes ng tanghali (July 6).

Karamihan anila sa mga bagong kaso ay Work Permit holders na nakatira sa foreign worker dormitories.

“Based on our investigations so far, there are 23 cases in the community, of whom three are Singaporeans and 20 are Work Pass Holders,” ayon pa sa Ministry of Health ng naturang bansa.

Base pa sa imbestigasyon, lima sa 23 kaso ay close contact ng mga naunang pasyente.

Sa ngayon, nakasailalim na sa quarantine ang mga bagong pasyente.

Pito pang migrant worker na magkakasamang nakatira sa isang temporary accommodation na inayos ng kanilang kumpanya.

“These cases were identified from oir periodic screening of workers in essential services who are living oitside their dormitories, and some may be past infections,” dagdag pa ng Ministry of Health.

Maliban dito, mayroon ding tatlong imported cases na inilagay sa Stay-Home Notice o isolation pagkadating sa Singapore.

Sa ngayon, inaayos pa anila ang karagdagan pang detalye sa mga bagong kaso.

Sa kabuuan, pumalo na sa 44,983 ang confirmed COVID-19 cases sa Singapore.
