Naglabas ang BOC-NAIA ng Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) dahil sa paglabag sa Section 1400 (Misdeclaration) at Section 1113 (Property Subject to Seizure and Forfeiture) ng Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
