60,000 COVID-19 cases forecast ng UP sa katapusan ng July target na pababain ng Malakanyang

Hinihimok ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang ang publiko na talunin ang forecast ng University of the Philippines na papalo sa 60,000 na kaso ng COVID-19 ang maitatala sa Pilipinas pagsapit ng katapusan ng Hulyo.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, mapagtatagumpayan ito kung sama-samang makikiisa ang taong bayan at susunod sa health protocols gaya ng social distancing, pagsusuot ng facemask at madalas na paghuhugas ng kamay.

Ayon kay Roque, target ng pamahalaan na hindi na paabutin ng 50,000 man lamang ang kaso.

Magagawa aniya ito kung masusunod ang vision.

Sinabi pa ni Roque na kahit binuksan na ang ekonomiya ng bansa dapat pa ring masunod ang minimum health standard.

Una rito, umani ng batikos si Toque nang i-congratulate ang Pilipinas nang hindi maabot ang forecast ng UP na papalo sa 40,000 ang kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa sa katapusan ng Hunyo.
