P17-B, inilaan ni Pangulong Duterte sa pagkuha ng COVID-19 contact tracers
Naglaan na si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ng P17 bilyong pondo para sa pagkuha ng COVID-19 contact tracers.
Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Harry Roque, base ito sa papakikipagpulong, Martes ng gabi (June 30), ng pangulo kay Finance Secretary Sonny Dominguez at sa Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Disease.
Pero ayon kay Roque, kinakailangan na ipasa muna ng Kongreso ang panukalang “Bayanihan 2” para magamit ang naturang pondo.
Asahan na aniya na hihirit ang ehekutibo sa Kongreso na magsagawa ng special session para maisabatas ang “Bayanihan 2.”
Una rito, sinabi ni Roque na balak na kunin ng pamahalaan ang mga jeepney driver bilang contact tracer.
