Pamahalaan nakapag-hire na ng mahigit 4,000 healthcare workers
Umabot na sa mahigit 4,000 na healthcare workers ang nai-hire ng gobyerno bilang pagtugon sa problema sa COVID-19.
Sa ulat ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa kongreso, sinabi nitong mahigit kalahati ng 8,500 slots na binuksang trabaho sa gobyerno ay pawang para sa healthcare workers.
Sa kabuuan, umabot na sa 4,045 na human resources for health ang nai-hire.
Ayon sa ulat ng pangulo ang Department of Health (DOH) ang nag-apruba ng 8,853 slots para sa emergency hiring sa 286 na pasilidad sa bansa gaya ng mga ospital, quarantine facilities, temporary treatment and monitoring facilities at diagnostic facilities.
