30 volcano-tectonic earthquakes, naitala sa Mt. Kanlaon sa magdamag
Nakapagtala ng 30 volcano-tectonic earthquakes at isang volcanic earthquake sa Mount Kanlaon sa nakalipas na 24 oras.
Sa volcano bulletin bandang 8:00, Linggo ng umaga (June 28), sinabi ng Phivolcs na patuloy pa rin ang pagbuga ng steam-laden plumes sa bulkan na may taas na 300 metro.
Nagkakaroon din ito ng sulfur dioxide emission na may average na 116 tonnes kada araw.
Nananatili pa rin sa Alert Level 1 ang Mount Kanlaon.
Nagbabala naman ang Phivolcs na posible pa ring makaranas ng phreatic explosions.
Dahil dito, ipinagbabawal ng ahensya ang pagpasok sa 4-kilometer radius Permanent Danger Zone nito.
