LOOK: 36th ASEAN Summit sinimulan na; mga lider kabilang si Pangulong Duterte dumalo sa teleconferencing

Pormal nang nagbukas ang 36th ASEAN Summit sa Vietnam.

Dahil sa pandemic ng COVID-19 ang Summit ay ginawa sa pamamagitan ng teleconferencing.

Dinaluhan ito ng mga ASEAN leader kabilang si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Sa kaniyang pahayag sinabi ni Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc na mahalagang mapanatili ang pag-kontrol sa pandemic ng COVID-19.

Kailangan ding agad matugunan ang naging epekto nito sa ekonomiya ng mga bansa.
