112 na mga lugar sa bansa nakasailalim sa localized lockdown – DILG

Nasa 112 mga lugar sa bansa ang nakasailalim ngayon sa localized lockdown ayon sa Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

Sa isang pahayag sinabi ni Interior Secretary Eduardo Año, na nagiging epektibo ang pagpapatupad ng localized lockdown sa mga lugar na may mataas na kaso ng COVID-19.

Naiiwasan kasi ang paglaganap pa ng kaso sa kalapit na lugar kapag naisailalim na sa lockdown ang lugar kung saan mayroong concentrated COVID cases.

Sinabi naman ni DILG spokesman Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya sa 112 mga lugar, 67 ay sa Cordillera Autonomous Region (CAR); 18 sa National Capital Region, 19 sa Cebu City, at tig-iisa sa Cavite, Quezon Province, Leyte, at 5 sa Cagayan de Oro City.

Paalala ng DILG sa LGUs dapat mayroong quick response teams na bubuuin para tumutok sa mga lugar nakasailalim sa lockdown upang magsagawa ng test-trace-treat strategy.
