Tiniyak ng Phivolcs na walang tsunami threat sa Pilipinas matapos tumama ang magnitude 7.7 na lindol sa Mexico, Martes ng gabi.
Sinabi ng ahensya na yumanig ang malakas na lindol malapit sa baybayin ng Oaxaca dakong 11:29 ng gabi (oras sa Pilipinas).
May lalim ang lindol na 33 kilometers.
Sa ngayon, wala pang napapaulat kung may naidulot na pinsala ang pagyanig sa nasabing lugar.
