SC, ibinasura ang quo warranto petition vs ABS-CBN

Ibinasura ng Korte Suprema ang quo warranto petition laban sa television giant na ABS-CBN.

Ayon kay Atty. Brian Keith Hosaka, chief ng Supreme Court Public Information Office, nakumpirma niya ito kay Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta.

Na-dismiss aniya ng SC sa isinagawang en banc meeting ang quo warranto petition na inihain ni Solicitor General Jose Calida para mapawalang-bisa ang prangkisa ng TV network.

Idineklara nang moot ang kaso dahil paso na ang prangkisa ng ABS-CBN noong May 4.
