DSWD Sec. Bautista nilinis sa aberya sa pamamahagi ng SAP

Nilinis ni House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability Chairman Jonathan Sy-Alvarado ang kamay ni DSWD Secretary Rolando Bautista sa mga aberyang nangyari sa pamamahagi ng social amelioration program.

Sa pagdinig ng komite ni Sy-Alvarado at House Committee on Public Accounts, sinabi nito na walang naging problema sa lebel ni Secretary Bautista.

Sa katunayan nga aniya ay kapag may problema ang publiko na kaagad ipinaparating sa kalihim ay mabilis nitong inaaksyunan.

Kaya sabi ng kongresista, hindi patas para kay Bautista kung iimbitahan sa pagdinig dahil ang layunin naman anya nila ay malaman kung saan at sino sa DSWD nagkaroon ng pagkakamnali kaya nagkaproblema sa pamamahagi ng SAP.

Kontra naman dito si House Committee on Public Accounts Chair Mike Defensor at sinabing dapat ay nasa pagdinig din ang kalihim dahil sa isyu ng command of responsibility.

Dapat aniya ay nakita rin ni Bautista ang problema sa SAP distribution.
