Molecular lab ng Red Cross sa Subic accredited na ng DOH

Naisyuhan na ng akreditasyon ng Department of Health (DOH) ang molecular laboratory ng Philippine Red Cros (PRC) sa Subic.

Ang Red Cross laboratory sa Subic ay mayroon ding polymerase chain reaction (PCR) machines na kayang makapagproseso ng 2,000 samples kada araw.

Dahil sa pag-accredit ng DOH, ang Red Cross ay may kakayahan na ngayong makapagsagawa ng 16,000 tests kada araw.

“Another piece of good news—our Subic Molecular Laboratory is now accredited by the Department of Health and will soon be open to the public for testing,” ayon sa post sa Facebook ni PRC Chairman at Senator Richard Gordon.

Malaking tulong ito ayon kay Gordon para mas mapabilis ang testing capacity ng bansa sa COVID-19.
