Duque hindi kailangang mag-leave habang iniimbestigahan ng Ombudsman

Hindi na kailangang mag-leave ni Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Francisco Duque III, habang sumasailalim sa imbestigasyon ng Office of the Ombudsman.

Ayon kay Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire sa ngayon wala pang natatanggap na formal communication ang DOH mula sa Ombudsman.

Sa kabila nito, pinaghahandaan na aniya ng ahensya ang imbestigasyon.

Sa ngayon sinabi ni Vergeire na wala silang nakikitang pangangailangan para magbitiw o ‘di kaya ay pansamantalang mag-leave si Duque.

Magugunitang inanunsyo ni Ombudsman Samuel Martires na magsasagawa sila ng imbestigasyon sa DOH kaugnay sa pagbili ng test kits, at iba pang iregularidad sa ahensya.
