Nakasaad sa inilabas na memo ni Manila RTC Executive Judge Virgilio Macaraig na, “Judges are given the discretion whether or not to proceed with in-court hearings scheduled today, if there is any.”
“Affected courts may conduct hearings through video conferencing away from home and accept pleadings, motions filed electronically during the period of self-quarantine pursuant to circulars issued by the Supreme Court,” saad pa sa memorandum.
