28 tauhan ng BFP sinibak sa pwesto dahil sa paglabag sa lockdown protocols sa Boracay

Sinibak na sa pwesto ang 28 tauhan ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) sa Western Visayas, kabilang ang isang nagpositibo sa COVID-19 matapos lumabag sa lockdown protocols sa Boracay.

Ayon kay Interior Secretary Eduardo Año, sumasailalim din sa quarantine ang mga sinibak na tauhan ng BFP.

Una nang sinibak ni Año si BFP Region 6 chief Fire Senior Superintendent Roderick Aguto dahil sa prinsipyo ng command responsibility matapos mabatid na isang tauhan nito ang nagtungo sa Boracay habang hinihintay ang resulta ng kaniyang swab test.

Kalaunan ay nagpositibo sa COVID-19 ang nasabing babaeng BFP personnel.

Ang naturang BFP personnel ay dumating sa Boracay noong June 12 kung saan nakipagkita at nakipag-party pa ito sa 27 pang BFP personnel.

Nangyari ang inuman at salu-salo ng 28 BFP personnel noong June 14.

Noong araw ding iyon lumabas ang resulta na positibo sa COVID-19 ang babaeng tauhan ng BFP.
