Iginiit ng Department of Finance (DOF) na kailangang magparehistro ng lahat ng negosyante na pasok sa online selling.

Ayon kay Finance Assistant Secretary Antonio Lambino, hinihikayat nila ang online sellers na magparehistro dahil may makukuha silang benepisyo mula sa gobyerno.
