LGUs sa NCR dapat maging agresibo sa pagpapatupad ng localized lockdown

Nais ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) na mas maging agresibo ang mga lokal na pamahalaan sa National Capital Region sa pagpapaptupad ng localized lockdown.

Sa pulong ng Inter Agency Task Force sinabi ni DILG Sec. Eduardo Año, na bagaman nababawasan ang bilang ng mga nasawi ay patuloy sa pagtaas ang kaso ng COVID-19 sa Metro Manila.

Sinabi ni Año na dapat sa kasagsagan ng pag-iral pa ng general community quarantine ay mas maging agresibo ang mga LGUs sa NCR sa pagpapatupad ng barangay lockdown sa kain-kanilang nasasakupan.

Samantala, sinabi ni Año na target ng DILG na dagdagan ang pwersa ng mga pulis sa Cebu City.

Ito ay para tumulong sa pagpapairal ng enhanced community quarantine o ECQ.
