DFA nakapagpauwi na ng 40,000 Pinoy simula noong Pebrero

Umabot na sa mahigit 40,000 na Pinoy abroad ang nakauwi sa bansa simula noong February 2020.

Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) simula noong Pebrero kung saan unang naiuwi ang mga Pinoy na na-stranded sa Wuhan, China ay mahigit 40,000 Pinoy na mula sa iba’t ibang mga bansa na apektado ng COVID-19 pandemic ang nakauwi.

Nitong nagdaang weekend, 958 na Pinoy pa ang dumating na sa bansa.

Kabilang dito ang 21 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) na pawang mula sa Bahrain, Saudi Arabia na dumating Linggo (June 14) ng hapon.
