Japanese Emperor Naruhito nagpaabot ng pagbati sa Pilipinas para sa paggunita ng Araw ng Kalayaan
Nagpaabot ng pagbati sa Pilipinas si Emperor Naruhito ng para sa pagdiriwang ng ika-122 anibersaryo ng Araw ng Kalayaan.
Agad namang pinasalamatan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang Japanese emperor para sa kaniyang mensahe.
“President Rodrigo Roa Duterte was profoundly honored to receive, on behalf of the Filipino people, the warm greetings and good wishes of His Majesty Emperor Naruhito of Japan on the occasion of the 122nd anniversary of the Philippines’ Independence,” ayon sa pahayag ng Malakanyang.
Binanggit din ng Palasyo ang magandang relasyon sa pagitan ng Pilipinas at Japan na umabot na sa “golden age.”
Magugunitang noong October 2019 ay nagtungo sa Japan ang pangulo para dumalo sa enthronement ng bagong emperor ng Japan.
