LPA, posibleng maging Tropical Depression sa susunod na 24 oras – PAGASA

Posibleng lumakas pa ang binabantayang low pressure area (LPA) sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), ayon sa PAGASA.

Sinabi ni PAGASA weather specialist Joey Figuracion na maaaring maging Tropical Depression ang LPA sa susunod na 24 oras.

Huling namataan ang LPA sa layong 65 kilometers Silangan Hilagang-Silangan ng Daet, Camarines Norte bandang 8:00 ng umaga.

Inaasahang kikilos aniya ang LPA pa-Hilagang Kanluran patungong Quezon-Aurora area o dadaan sa Polilio Islands.

Maaari rin aniyang mag-landfall sa southern Aurora-northern Quezon area bilang bagyo o LPA, Huwebes ng gabi (June 11) o Biyernes ng umaga (June 12).

Ayon pa kay Figuracion, posible pang maging Tropical Storm pagdating sa West Philippine Sea at lalabas ng bansa sa araw din ng Sabado (June 13).

Samantala, nagdudulot din ang Southwesterly windflow ng pag-ulan sa Palawan, Visayas at Mindanao.
