Mandatory COVID-19 tests sa lahat ng empleyado ng BI iniutos ni Commissioner Morente
Ipinasasailaim sa mandatory COVID-19 tests ang mahigit 3,000 mga opisyal at empleyado ng Bureau of Immigration (BI).
Ayon kay Commissioner Jaime Morente, ito ay para matiyak ang kaligtasan ng lahat ng tauhan ng BI at publikong nakikipagtransaksyon sa ahensya.
Kung ang empleyado ay hindi magpapasailalim sa test, hindi siya papayagang makabalik sa trabaho.
Inatasan din ni Morente ang lahat ng BI employees na nakatalaga sa ilba’t ibang Immigration Field Offices at Subports sa bans ana makipag-ugnayan sa kanilang Local Government Units (LGUs) para sa COVID tests.
Kamakailan ay inumpisahan na ng BI medical section ang pagsasagawa ng mass rapid tests sa Main Office ng ahensya, sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Clark Airport at sa Detention Facility nito sa Taguig City.
