Sen. Grace Poe natuwa sa ‘tower sharing’ order ng DICT
Pinuri ni Senator Grace Poe ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) sa kautusan ukol sa tower sharing ng telecom companies.
Ayon kay Poe, matagal na niyang inihihirit ang ‘tower sharing’ sa mga telco para sa mabilis na connectivity at magkaroon ng mas magandang mga oportunidad ang lahat ng Filipino.
Diin nito, malaking tulong ang tower sharing sa mabilis, malawak at maasahan na internet service na aniya ay napakahalaga ngayong nahaharap ang bansa sa matinding krisis.
Mababawasan din nito ang gastusin kayat mababawasan ang singilin sa mga konsyumer.
“We count on all concerned national and local government units to do their share in adhering to mandatory timelines and automatic approval procedures under the circular, backed by Ease of Doing Business and other laws,” sabi ng namumuno sa Senate Commitee on Public Services.
