NPC, tinututukan ang mga ulat na umano’y ‘impostor FB accounts’

Tinututukan na ng National Privacy Commission (NPC) ang mga napaulat na nagsulputan umanong “impostor Facebook accounts.”

Sa inilabas na pahayag, sinabi ni Privacy Commissioner Raymund Enriquez Liboro na patuloy silang nakakatanggap ng mga ulat mula sa iba’t ibang sektor.

Karamihan aniya sa mga nagre-report ay mga academic institution.

Agad aniyang ipinarating ang mga ulat sa Facebook.

“According to Ms. Clare Amador, Facebook Representative in the Philippines, they are already investigating this particular matter as well as other information on unathorized FB accounts,” pahayag ni Liboro.

Inihayag ni Liboro sa Facebook na agad i-report sa kanila ang makikitang findings sa insidente.

Hinikayat din nito ang publiko na i-report ang umano’y impostor accounts sa Facebook sa pamamagitan ng https://www.facebook.com/help/report.
