Anti-Terror Bill dadaan pa rin sa proseso kahit certified as urgent ni Pang. Duterte

Tiniyak ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang na hindi mamadaliin ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang paglagda bilang batas sa Anti-Terror Bill.

Ito ay kahit na certified as urgent ni Pangulong Duterte ang panukalang batas.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, dadaan pa rin sa Bicameral Conference Committee ang Anti Terror Bill.

Pag-aaralan din aniya ng Pangulo ang laman ng panukalang batas at titingnan kung nay mga probisyon na labag sa Saligang Batas.

Titiyakin din aniya ng Pangulo na naka angkla sa Konstitusyon ang panukalang batas.

Kasabay nito, sinabi ni Roque na hindi railroaded o minadali ang Anti-Terror Bill.

Katunayan, nakapasa na sa senado sa 17th congress ang anti terror bill subalit nakabinbin lamang sa kamara.
