PCG, BOQ magsasagawa na ng online processing para sa quarantine certificates
Mas mapapabilis na ang pagkuha ng overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) ng kanilang quarantine certificates.
Ayon sa Department of Transportation (DOTr), ito ay bunsod ng isasagawang online processing sa certificates ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) katuwang ang Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).
Inilunsad ng BOQ ang “Online Processing of Quarantine Certificates” noong May 25.
Layon nitong mapabilis ang pagproseso ng mga dokumento kasabay ng paglaban sa pagkalat ng COVID-19 sa bansa.
Kailangang makakuha ng quarantine certificates kung negatibo ang OFWs, kabilang ang seafarers, bago bumalik sa iba’t ibang lalawigan.
Maaaring maiproseso ng OFWs ang kanilang quarantine certificates sa quarantinecertificate.com.
Kailangan lang mag-fill up ng form at mag-upload ng required attachments.
Pagkatapos nito, ipapadala ang digital copy ng BOQ quarantine certificate sa email address ng OFW
At oras na matanggap, kailangan i-verify ang certificate sa kaparehong website.
Kapag na-verify, dapat makipag-ugnayan ang OFW sa PCG, BOQ, o anumang tauhan sa Overseas Workers Welfare Association (OWWA) sa quarantine facility o hotel kung saan nanatili para maayos ang biyahe papuntang probinsya.
“Ever since we started the establishment of quarantine facilities for our returning OFWs, the PCG, PPA (Philippine Ports Authority) and MARINA have been doing a great job in assisting for their needs, until such time they can return home safe to their provinces. Magpapatuloy po ang pakikipagtulungan natin sa iba’t-ibang ahensya para paglingkuran ang ating mga kababayan hangga’t kinakailangan po ang ating serbisyo,” ayon kay DOTr Undersecretary for Administrative Service Artemio Tuazon.
