71 katao naaresto sa Baguio City dahil sa hindi pagsusuot ng face masks

Simula noong June 1 umabot na sa 71 indbidwal ang nadakip sa Baguio City bunsod ng kabiguang magsuot ng face masks.

Sa ilalim ng Ordinance No. 45-2020 kapag lumabag sa “Face Mask Ordinance of 2020” ay maaring mapawatan ng multang P1,000 sa first offense; P2,000 sa repeat offense; at P3,000 plus cancelation ng business permit para sa third offense.

Ayon sa datos ng Public Order and Safety Division (POSD) sa 71 nadakip, 63 ay pawang vendors at mga empleyado na nakikipagtransaksyon sa customers ng walang masks o shields.

Ang 28 iba pa ay pawang pedestrians.
