MRT-3 nagpaliwanag sa isyung pagbabawal umano sa senior citizens na makasay ng tren

Nagpaliwanag ang pamunuan ng MRT-3 sa balitang binabawalan ang mga senior citizen na makasakay sa tren.

Ayon sa MRT-3 natanggap nila ang ulat ng media hinggil sa pahayag Commission on Human Rights na pinagbabawalang makasakay ng tren ang mga senior citizens.

Sinabi ng MRT-3 na wala silang polisiya na nagbabawal sa mga highly vulnerable sectors kabilang ang senior citizen na makasakay ng tren.

Maari umanong makasakay ng tren ang lahat ng susceptible individuals kung ang layunin ng kanilang pagbiyahe ay pagkuha o pagbili ng essential goods and services o ‘di kaya naman ay magtatrabaho sila.

Sinabi ng MRT-3 na sinusunod lamang nila ang general guidelines ng IATF.
