BI, magpapatupad na ng online appointment scheme
Magpapatupad na ang Bureau of Immigration (BI) ng online appointment system para sa kanilang mga kliyente sa tanggapan sa Intramuros, Maynila.
Ito ay kasunod ng pagsailalim ng Metro Manila at iba pang lugar sa bansa sa general community quarantine (GCQ).
Ayon kay BI Commissioner Jaime Morente, nagdesisyon ang ahensya na mag-adapt ng online appointment system bilang parte ng “new normal” protocols upang maiwasan ang pagkalat ng COVID-19.
“Henceforth, only clients with appointment code will be served during the specified date and time of their appointment,” pahayag ni Morente.
Kailangan ding magpakita ng kliyente ng government-issued o valid identification cards bago makapasok sa tanggapan ng BI.
“Nonetheless, clients may still avail of the services of BI-accredited travel agencies and law offices if they wish so that the latter may secure the online appointment and transact business on their behalf”, paliwanag nito.
Maaari namang makita ang kumpletong instructions at requirements na kakailanganin sa kada gagawing transaksyon sa ahensya sa website na www.immigration.gov.ph.
Kung mayroon namang katanungan o reklamo, hinikayat ni Morente ang publiko na iparating ito sa pamamagitan ng kanilang social media platforms o numero para masunod ang social distancing.
