Unexploded Explosive Ordnance, natagpuan sa Taguig City
Nadiskubre ang isang Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO) sa Taguig City, Sabado ng umaga (May 30).
Sa ulat ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), natagpuan ang UXO ng Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Taguig (EODK9) sa bahagi ng #1 Ilang Ilang Street Zone 1 sa North Signal bandang 11:30 ng umaga.
Unang nakatanggap ng ulat ang Taguig City Police Station ukol sa ordnance sa nasabing lungsod.
Agad rumesponde ang EOD personnel at nagsagawa ng visual inspection at threat assessment bago ang Render Safe Procedure (RSP) sa nasabing vintage bomb.
Napag-alamang ang bomba ay isang Ctg. 60 MM, HE, Projectile.
Ayon kay NCRPO Chief Police Maj. Gen. Debold Sinas, wala namang nasugatang residente sa lugar.
“We request the public to report any similar cases and you can be assured that the Team EOD NCRPO will come to ensure your safety,” dagdag ni Sinas.
