Data services glitch sa ilang Smart users, bunsod ng ‘on-going systems issue’
Nag-abiso ang Smart Telecommunications Inc. sa kanilang subsribers ukol sa nararanasang data services glitch.
Ayon sa kumpanya, ito ay bunsod ng ‘on-going systems issue.’
“You may experience degradation or loss of data services due to an on-going systems issue,” pahayag ng Smart.
Tiniyak naman ng kumpanya na inaayos na nila para maibalik sa normal ang data services.
“We are working on normalizing data services and we will provide updates as efforts progress. Thank you for your patience,” dagdag pa nito.
Maliban sa Smart, apektado rin ng data services glitch ang ilang Sun at TNT users.
