24 pang Filipino sa abroad ang tinamaan ng COVID-19 – DFA

Dalawampu’t apat pa ang bagong napaulat na nagpositibong Filipino sa COVID-19 sa ibang bansa.

Sa datos ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) hanggang May 29, umakyat na sa 2,845 ang mga kumpirmadong positibo sa COVID-19 na Filipino mula sa 47 na bansa at rehiyon.

Sa nasabing bilang, 1,558 ang patuloy na nagpapagamot sa iba’t ibang ospital.

Nadagdagan naman ng apat ang bilang ng gumaling kaya umabot na sa 947 na overseas Filipinos na ang naka-recover sa nakakahawang sakit o na-discharge na sa ospital.

Samantala, nadagdagan naman ng 6 ang bilang ng mganasawing Pinoy. Sa ngayon 340 na ang bilang ng Pinoy sa abroad na pumanaw dahil sa COVID-19.

Pinakamarami nang naitalang confirmed COVID-19 positive na OF sa bahagi ng Middle East/Africa na may 909 na kaso.

Sumunod dito ang Europa na may 816 confirmed COVID-19 positive cases na OF.

Nasa 633 naman ang kaso sa Americas at 487 sa Asia Pacific Region.
