Walang nakompromisong customer data nang mapasok ng hacker ang twitter account ng PLDT na @PLDT_Cares.
Pahayag ito ng kumpanya matapos ang ginawang imbestigasyon ng kanilang Cyber Security Operations Group sa insidente.
“We would like to inform that thorough investigation conducted by our Cyber Security Operations group has shown that there is no record of customar data download or exfiltration from the @PLDT_Cares Twitter account,” ayon sa pahayag.
Ayon sa PLDT, ang resulta ng kanilang imbestigasyon ay ibibigay nila sa National Privacy Commission o NPC.
Tiniyak din ng PLDT na palalakasin pa ang ipinatutupad na cyber security protocols upang maiwasan na maulit ang nangyari.
