Pangulong Duterte tiniyak sa publiko na hindi magdedeklara ng martial law

Tiniyak ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa publiko na malayong isailalim ang buong bansa sa martial law.

Sa kaniyang public address humingi lang ng pang-unawa ang pangulo kung mahigpit ang pagpapatupad ng mga batas lalo na ang patungkol sa pagresponde ng bansa sa COVID-19.

Kailangan aniyang gamitin ang kapangyarihan ng pamahalaan upang maprotektahan ang sambayanan laban sa nakamamatay na sakit.

Hindi aniya kailangang matakot o mag-alala na mauuwi na sa deklarasyon ng martial law ang mga pinaiiral na paghihigpit ng gobyerno.
