Na-recover na ang Twitter account ng customer service ng PLDT.
Sa inilabas na pahayag, tiniyak ng kumpanya sa kanilang mga customer na Twitter account lamang ang naapektuhan ng hacking incident.
Hindi anila naapektuhan ang network at mga sebisyo ng kumpanya.
Ayon sa PLDT, nauunawaan nila ang pangangailangan sa internet service ng publiko.
Simula nang ipatupad ang enhanced community quarantine noong Marso, nagbigay anila ng speed boosts sa kanilang Fibr customers at dinagdagan din ang data allocations ng Smart para sa mobile phone customers.
