PNP, tiniyak na tuloy pa rin ang anti-illegal drugs ops
Siniguro ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na tuloy pa rin ang pagpapaigting ng anti-illegal drugs operations kasabay ng ikinakasang COVID-19 response operations.
Tiniyak ni PNP Chief General Archie Gamboa sa publiko ang paghahatid ng mabilis na serbisyo ng kanilang hanay upang tugunan ang national health emergency, kasama ang law enforcement operations laban sa ilegal na droga at krimen.
Panibagong hamon aniya sa pambansang pulisya ang ‘new normal’ sa law enforcement operations.
Ngunit sa pamamagitan ng capacity-building initiatives, makaka-adapt aniya sa sitwasyon bunsod ng banta sa COVID-19.
“Even with the ongoing health crisis, police anti-illegal drugs operations will continue without let-up and will be unrelenting as ever,” pahayag ni Gamboa.
Inihayag ito ng hepe ng PNP matapos ang magkahiwalay na anti-illegal drugs operations sa Bohol kung saan nasabat ang anim na kilong hinihinalang shabu.
