Inihirit ni Senator Cynthia Villar kay Trade and Industry Sec. Ramon Lopeznna hiling sa pamahalaang payagan na ang pagbubukas ng mga restaurant.

Ayon kay Villar, nang ipatupad ang enhanced community quarantine, kabilang sa labis na naapektuhan ang mga restaurant maging ang maliliit na karendirya.
