BREAKING: Resignation ni DICT Usec. Eliseo Rio Jr. tinanggap na ni Pangulong Duterte
Tinanggap na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang pagbibitiw sa pwesto ni Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Undersecretary Eliseo Rio.
Kinumpirma ito ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer.
Pinasalamatan ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang si Rio sa kaniyang naging serbisyo sa bayan.
“The Palace thanks Usec Rio for his invaluable services to the nation and wish him well in all his future endevour,” ayon kay Roque.
Si Rio ay naghain ng kaniyang resignation letter sa Malakanyang noong Pebrero 2020.
Matagal siyang nanilbihan bilang acting secretary ng DICT at pinamunuan ang bidding process para sa third telco sa bansa.
