“Understandably, our stress levels are at an all-time high. Yet, many (if not, all) of us would like to con- ceal our strong emotions because we don’t want to make things even worse for ourselves or our family and friends. Then again, the uncertainty of our current situation is also overwhelming. In his most recent weekly report about the government’s efforts against the COVID-19, President Rodrigo Duterte acknowledged that we need effective coping mechanisms to help maintain our well-being and equilibrium.” ayon kay Dr. Roland Cortez.

“It’s okay to not be okay. We are here to assure you that what you are feeling is perfectly normal and that we are here to help you through it. ani Cortez.
