13,000 na OFWs na nakatapos ng quarantine at negatibo sa COVID-19 tests makauuwi na sa kanilang pamilya

Mayroon nang 13,000 na Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) ang mapapauwi na sa kanilang pamilya,

Ito ay matapos silang sumailalim sa 14-day quarantine at mag-negatibo ang COVID-19 test nila.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesrson Harry Roque sa paglabas sa quarantine facilities ng 13,000 na OFWs, magkakaroon ng espasyo para sa mga parating pang OFWs sa bansa.

Una nang sinabi ni National Task Force against COVID-19 chief implementer Carlito Galvez, Jr. na maroong 42,000 pang OFWs ang darating sa bansa ngayong buwan ng Mayo hanggang Hunyo.

Mula nang umpisahan ang pagsasailalim sa COVID-19 test sa mga umuwing OFWs ay 456 na ang nag-positibo.
