Mayorya ng COVID-19 test, Red Cross ang nagpoproseso
Malaking bilang ng COVID-19 test ay ipinoproseso sa testing laboratory ng Philippine Red Cross.
Ayon kay Red Cross Chairman, Senator Richard Gordon, sa ngayon 45% ng mga COVID-19 tests sa bansa ay ginagawa sa Red Cross.
21 percent naman ang ginagawa sa iba pang private laboratories, 18 percent sa iba pang sangay ng o pasilidad ng gobyerno at 16 percent sa RITM.
As of May 14, 2020 ay nakapagsagawa na ng 11,123 tests ang Red Cross.
Kabilang sa mga naisailaim sa test ng Red Cross ay ang mga umuuwing OFWs.
Pinasalamatan naman ni Gordon ang mga Red Cross volunteers at staff na 24/7 na nagtatrabaho.
