Sinas mananatili sa pwesto ayon kay Pangulong Duterte
Sa kabila ng kinasangkutang kontrobersiya dahil sa pagdaraos ng birthday party mananatili sa pwesto si Metro Manila police chief Major Gen. Debold Sinas.
Sinabi ito ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa kaniyang speech Martes (May 19) ng gabi.
Ayon sa pangulo isang “honest” at “good officer” si Sinas.
Hindi umano niya aalisin sa pwesto si Sinas o ililipat sa ibang pwesto.
Inamin ng pangulo na siya mismo ang tutol na malipat sa pwesto si Sinas.
Si Sinas at 18 iba pang police officials ay kinasuhan na ng PNP Internal Affairs Service dahil sa paglabag sa umiiral na enhanced community quarantine.
