Korte Suprema hindi pa nagpalabas ng TRO sa cease and desist order ng NTC vs ABS-CBN
Hindi muna nagpalabas ng temporary restraining order ang Korte Suprema laban sa cease and desist order ng National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) laban sa ABS-CBN.
Sa halip, inatasan ng Supreme Court ang NTC na magsumite ng komento sa inihaing petisyon ng network sa loob ng 10 araw.
Inatasan din ng Korte Suprema ang Kamara at Senado na maghain ng kanilang komento sa loob din ng 10 araw.
Una rito ay naghain ng petisyon sa Korte Suprema ang ABS-CBN at hiniling ang pagpapalabas ng TRO na magpapawalang bisa sa cease and desist order ng NTC.
Dahil sa nasabing utos ng NTC ay tigil operasyon ngayon ang network.
